This was built in an end extension.There is some damage to some of the rafters & the perlings had to be cut where they went into gable end so if using same perlings length would be shorter than original.It is double glazed 95% of the glass saved.5 metres wide by 3.5 metres high off dwarf side walls by 3.1 metres long.Timber is pine laminated perlings.Customer would need to view.
