We are a property development company based in the Scottish Borders, and have recently sourced some fantastic quality pre-finished Maritime Pine floor boards (23mm thick x 150mm wide x 2m long @ £21m2), which we use ourselves and began our sister company Rutherford Real Wood, please see our website. We've searched everywhere, and can't find better quality than this, this species being very dense and full of warmth and character. The Cherry in particular and Walnut finishes look the most antique, and the dimensions match originals found in many period properties.
