FOR SALE : ROLLTOP BATH

Very old rolltop bath, if its an original fitting from the house it was removed from then its late Georgian (1830) at the very least Victorian, suspect the former, marked 'Pioneer' on the cast of the main body and a number which is illegable.

Excellent condition for its age, would not need re-enamelled just a very slight clean up, feature original overflow tube, ball feet, flat tap end of bath to go against a wall (not made to sit in middle of room) but either middle or corner of a wall coming out into the room, freestanding, would paint up nicely to make a very attractive bath.

The bath is located in central Dumfries, Scotland (near Carlisle).
Looking for sensible offers and will not be hard to deal with.
