WANTED : INTERNAL INTERCOM BELL PULLS (TURNS)

I am refurbishing an 1850s early Victorian townhouse, and I'm trying to find 4 matching (or 2 matching pairs of) antique internal intercom bell pulls/turns to ring servant's bells (which I have). Two of the rooms are reception rooms (originally front drawing room and rear dining room) and two are upper bedrooms. I'd be interested in period, early Victorian versions. Wooden fittings to receive the bell pulls are on the chimney breasts with lead tubes running to the lower ground floor for cabling (see photo). Dimensions are: Depth = ¾ inch, Outside Width (edge to edge) = 3 ½ inch, Inner Width (inside edge to edge) = 2 ¼ inch.
