The fact this piece is made from " Disko ", Andersen's own invention, seems at this stage a touch irrelevant, however it will no doubt prove to be of great investment value in the future. The real joy of the work is its creation in his latter years, a period which is without doubt Just Andersen's most delightful. A period infact which may well be seen as a final, reflective, fanciful voyage to the there after.
