Reclaimed Art Deco Fireplace, Mantel, Hearth and surround 'in situ' and in excellent condition. The Mantel measurements are H=131cm, W=132cm, D=14.5cm (insert = 99cm). The Fireplace measurements are H=61.5cm, W=42cm. There are 48 10x10cm tiles that make up the Hearth.
The dark wood Mantel (type of wood unknown) can be sold seperately. The Hearth surround is freestanding and is made up of matching dark wood and copper sides. This all original 1920s/30s (?) solids fuel range is soon to become available. We have never used it but the previous occupant of our house did both for cooking and supplementing the house’s original solid fuel based central heating system.
This particular cast iron range was made by "Tor" and is finished in green and cream enamel, all of which is in very good condition. One nice and unusual feature of this particular range is the elevated plate rack above the hob.
Overall sizes:
Cooker - 32" (810mm) height x 32.5" (830mm) width x 19.25" (490mm) depth excluding the front towel rail.
