FOR SALE : OAK FIRE SURROUND

External measurements 7 ft 4 3/4 inches high x 4 ft 8 1/2 inches wide. Internal measurements of the opening are 3 ft 6 inches high x 4 ft wide. The leaded glass in the cupboard doors is original and undamaged. The oak is in good condition commensurate with age. The fire surround has an arts and crafts influence and came from an oak pannelled dining room, part of the former Lancaster Banking Company Bank Chambers. Websters of Kendal were the architects of the building.
