FOR SALE : VICTORIAN CASEMENT WINDOW

for sale

a solid victorian 6 pane casement window, with an old fashioned hook fastener. painted white with decorative beading between the panes. the glass itself has had some kind of green laquer or transfer applied to it so as to make it translucent, but this could be easily removed. I can get the window stripped for a small extra charge.
the window measures:

1'11'' wide x

3'6'' long.

I can deliver locally for no extra charge.

Could you confirm:



- the window is in structurally sound condition;

- how the transfer or lacquer could be removed (this would need to be removed for my purpose);

- how much extra stripping would cost;

- whether you would be able to deliver FOC to Wigton area - if not, where are you based.
