 FOR SALE : RECLAIMED STONE BALLS, FINIAL AND GABLE END for sale
we have a very ornate stone gable end originally from the post office building in sheffield city centre.
the gable end comprised of a centre finial, a flat ornate coping on both sides of the apex. that met a shoulder piece that joined on to a base of another stone ball on both sides.
we are prepared to split the gable and to just sell the pair of stone balls and bases, they could be used as impressive gate posts tops or as features in the garden
the centre finial stands 3ft tall (90cm) include a ornate stone ball.
the 2 copings have a length of 38" (95cm) and a width of 13.5cm (35cm)
the copings meet he shoulders and have a matching profile they have a length down the apex of 15" (37cm) and a return to the base of 6 1/2" (16cm)
the stone balls and bases have a combined height of 32" (81cm) x the balls are 9" (24cm) diameter the base is 19" x 19" (49cm x 49cm)
