Dear Sir/Madam 



We have in stock one particular floor that may be of interest to you. It was a floor removed from a building that was used munitions factory from the Second World War. This was based in Derbyshire East midlands. We have approx. 300 – 350 square yards of this batch left. This grade of maple is one of the Finest when sanded that we’ve had in stock. As it was removed 7 years ago and stored in aerated storage area it is extremely dry and free of any moisture content. However when purchased must be put into property for 3 weeks to acclimatise to its new surroundings. This is standard practice for all reclamation companies.
