these were originally from a railway bridge in derbyshire and spanned the length of an outer supporting wall
the sizes are 32"x 7ft with 2no 8 1/2" thick raising to 13" at its pyramidal peak, the other 2 are 9" thick raising to 11".
all four are in excellent condition. - possible to cut one into 2 equal smaller pier caps.

each pier cap is made from 2 pieces of identicle stone 27" x 39" probably designed this way due to the weight

there are 5 pieces that make up the length these are between 48 and 41" ,they are 23" inches wide and they have an unusual hand cut faceted squarer shape to them (see pics), they are 6" at the highest point
because of there unusaul shape they could be used as piercaps, gatepost tops or features
these have been sympathetically salvaged during demolition and are in excellent conditions- these will look great on an aged wall

 FOR SALE : MAGNIFICANT STAINED GLASS FEATURES
FOR sale unique hand made stained glass arched pannels we have 4 of these up for sale...
Each panel is made up of 8 individual squares (68cm x 73cm) and total an impressive 2.92m x 1.36m in size. Each glass square has between 99 and 136 individual pieces of glass held together by a soft milde lead matrix. All eight together total over 950 individual pieces of glass per pannel.
The pannels have been sympathetically salvaged from a central sheffield hotel during a recent refurbishment and are believed to have cost £5000 per panel.the workmanship on these is 1st class
The pannels are available with the original arched framework if required, although the brass runners could not be saved. The lead is milde so it is very ductile and it could be laid flat in order to be framed.-
The pictures taken do not do justice to the colours that these panels possess -MUST BE SEEN!
Personally i think these would make an excellent feature within a conservatory, entrance way or swimming pool!- any where that gets a large amount of sunlight...
