huge stone wheel
FOR SALE : HUGE RECLAIMED SHARPENING WHEEL ,MILL STONE
for sale
a steam driven huge gritstone millwheel probably used as a sharpening wheel for tools etc . encased in a cast iron basin .there are some nice brass bolts holding the wheel in postion and a cast pole protruding the centre of the wheel.

this was reclaimed from a lincolnshire farm property and not too much is known from where the item originated. it was used at the farm as a goldfish pond as the cast basin holds water.

sizes of this are 43" tall and and is 48" long the diameter of the wheel is a massive 34" in diameter

this would make an unusual garden feature.

we estimate that the item weighs over a tonne
