DISMANTLING & DEMOLITION : FIRE ESCAPE

Briefly comprising of 31 steps, 5 landing areas, 5 lintles and 2 treads. This solid galvanised steel structure is attached to a house that used to belong to the NHS and is now redundant. Interested parties must be able to carefully dismantle it. Measurements are as follow:
31 steps 0.8 m
5 landing areas 4 (190x90) and 1(260x90)
2 treads of 5.5 m and 6.7 m
5 lintles of 2.42 m
All could be reused for various purposes.
