Greenheart timber is a very hard durable timber and very resistant to wet conditions.

 FOR SALE : LARGE SPIRAL STAIRCASE (NOT VICTORIAN) This stair was used internally within a farmhouse. Approx installed in mid 1960's. Excellent condition with hardwood treads and wrought iron central pole.Iron balusters with nuts, washers and handrail screws.It comes complete with the hardwood landing, measuring 114cm x 110 cm. It also has matching two sections of gallery ballustrades. The handrail spindles are of a twin design. It is still in the original black finish. Fully dismantled and ready for delivery.
