Dear David Plummer
I'm looking for just such a staircase for external use, but the drop I have in mind is approx 71cm, which seems to equate to about 4 rises/treads. The door space for the top step to lead onto would be approx 82cm.
These problems apart, I couldn't match that price. If there is room for negotiation I'd be happy to take a look because I'm not far away if you'e in the Robertsbridge area.
