I am looking for a New World 172 Rangette, Radiation Gas Cooker, circa 1950 - 1960's. Preferably in full working order. Alternatively parts for this model.

08 Jun 2009 19:27:43 : I have a 1955 New World Radiation CookerAre you still looking, as this ad is old? Only I have just removed a 1955 New World Radiation from my mum's house. Until 2 weeks ago, I was using it on a regular basis, so it works. The grill may need its jets cleaning, as it has not been used for years. I will send a photie if you are interested?

We have a stylish, cream New World seventy five gas cooker for sale in working order. It is currently in use but will be removed shortly. It passed the last gas safety certificate. The price is £100.

hi, sorry i didn't get back to you sooner, been away. i would be happy to send you some pictures, i'll probably have to e mail them to you, so will need your e mail address, unless i can do it through salvo perhaps, not sure about that? i was thinking somewhere in the region of £500,it really is a fine example of these cookers, you need to see the pictures to appreciate how good it's condition is. hi, i've got a radiation gas cooker model no. 172. it's in very, very good condition, all the burners, oven and grill work and it has a hose with bayonet fitting gas connection, just got a rayburn so that's the reason for sale, open to reasonable offers. If you're interested let me know. Paul
