Reclaimed Oak woodblock parquet flooring. This flooring has had the bitumen removed from the rear. In most cases there will still be a staining of bitumen on the rear of the block, however, there will be no big clumps and you will be able to use almost any adhesive to fit them. The Tops have been sanded to remove the original layer of bitumen from them. T&G is very clean

 FOR SALE : 16 M2 BATCH OF 17/18TH CENTURY OAK FLOOR BOARDS UP TO 14" WIDE These were acquired from a conservation builder and are all numbered on the reverse. We understand these are from one room, but have made no attempt to check the completeness. Widths vary from 6 - 14", mostly around 12". Lengths from 80-240 cm most 1.3-2.4 m Thickness is around 2 cm. These are in sound condition with the usual end splits and worm. Very rare to find boards this wide. Most retain some original patination and just require waxing, as the sample board. Sold as one lot only.

This floorboard is circa 19th century.
These boards have had years of wear and still retains all its character and patina.
Boards will be random in width and length, ranging from 6" to 7" wide and from 36" to 120" long and approx 1" thick.
As photos show, these boards have been machined on the under side, for easier instulation.
As you can see in the photos, we have lightly polished an area of the board to show its potential.

 FOR SALE : PINE FLOOR FROM LARGE REGENCY BALLROOM. 47 SQM This is the floor from our regency home on Brighton sea front.
It's the original floor of an unusually large first floor ballroom. Beautiful old pine in very long strips up to 4m long. Total area approx. 47sqm
Each plank 22 mm thick. 165mm wide. Lengths vary. Most approx 4m.
There are damaged boards but at least 85% of them are fine. Of the damaged ones, none are split but just damaged at ends, so you can cut them down and have perfect boards. Probably more than 95% of this 47 sqm (approx.) surface area is usable.
