~ Burmese/Burma Teak reclaimed parquet flooring~
Save days and days or even weeks and weeks of time by buying them prepared and ready to fit.
Tar removed from rear and tops have had the original layer of varnish sanded off.

Colour : Medium brown (Darkens when a finish is applied) Each block differs in colour and grain - Some blocks are heavily grained where some have very little grain

Description : Salvaged from a Yorkshire Building

Width : 2&3/4'' inches

Depth : 5/8'' inches
(sizes may vary slightly in ''mm'' as you will find with most parquet flooring)

Squared Edge : No

Tongue Grooved : Yes T&G mostly in good condition,
You may receive the odd block where the tongue is a little damaged, this makes not the slightest difference when it comes to fitting them.

Wood Type: Ideal for domestic or commercial and very heavy use.

Finish: These blocks are VERY clean, we have removed the bitumen from the rear of them, we have sanded off the original layer of varnish from them. We have cleaned any excess grime from the T&G which will save you hours of your time. (once fitted you will still have to lightly sand over the flooring to obtain an even finish and also remove any traces of adhesive from when you have fitted them)
Once fitted they require sanding and finish to go on them, this can be varnish, stain, wax or lacquer.

Cleaning information:
This flooring can be treated like any other wooden floor, you can mop it, hover it, brush it etc It can be used in almost every room in the house providing its kept fairly dry and not saturated every day it can also be used in bathrooms, utility rooms and also kitchens.

You are welcome to collect these blocks from us: Manchester M44 (No collection charge)
We can send these blocks via a pallet company. We can email you the instructions for booking this service. Delivery of 1 pallet to most places in the UK will cost around £60 per pallet + vat. Some places in Scotland - Ireland - Wales & London and off shore addresses may cost extra. We can fit 60 square yards of flooring on to a pallet.
