Very Rare Reclaimed Jarrah solid Flooring. Only £35 per square yard you will not find this flooring
anywhere else at this price, in fact you will strugle to find this flooring anywhere as it's very rare.

Description : Salvaged from a Manchester School

Category : Reclaimed Flooring

Length : 7 foot up to 15 foot - a good mixture of all length.

Width : 3&5/8''

Depth : 3/4'' inches

Squared Edge : No

Tongue Grooved : Yes
You will receive some flooring where the tongue is damaged, this makes not the slightest difference when it comes to fitting them.

Wood Type: Hardwood, ideal for domestic or commercial and very heavy use.

Finish: This flooring has been de-nailed, however, as with all reclaimed flooring, you may find the odd nail in it as you
would with most reclaimed.

The original thin layer of varnish is still on the floor and they will require a good sanding once re-fitted.

The underside of this flooring is in fair condition.

Once fitted the whole face of the floor will require sanding and a finish to go on it, this can be varnish, stain, wax or lacquer.
