Description of the product you are purchasing:
Reclaimed Oak woodblock parquet flooring. This flooring has had the bitumen removed from the rear. In most cases there will still be a staining of bitumen on the rear of the block, however, there will be no big clumps and you will be able to use almost any adhesive to fit them. The Tops have been sanded to remove the original layer of bitumen from them. T&G is very clean

Depth : 3/4'' or 18mm or 2cm Approx Due to the nature of this product, (Reclaimed) there may be a degree of wear on some of the blocks that have been used in high traffic areas (Corridors etc) please ''do'' expect to receive some blocks that vary in thickness, allow at least 10% wastage. We do not mix and match blocks from different projects and the blocks you will receive will be from all the same source. The same goes for all reclaimed flooring.

What is required of these blocks once they are fitted?:
A sand to smooth off the rough pre sanded surface and then the floor will require a finish to go on it; this can be varnish, stain, wax or lacquer.
Cleaning information:
Once your floor is in place it requires little attention. Solid wooden flooring can be treated like any other wooden floor, you can mop it, hover it, brush it etc It can be used in almost every room in the house providing its kept fairly dry and not saturated every day it can also be used in bathrooms, utility rooms and also kitchens.

Hello, we are redoing a pub floor in the North Bedfordshire area and require approx 100 sq meters of inexpensive wood flooring (mahogany, oak etc - but not pine). Do you still have the advertised parquet blocks and what is your best price for just the clean blocks alone and also for fitting the floor (if you offer that service). Do you have other (less expensive) reclaimed wood you might recommend for the project?
