 FOR SALE : JONES C.B D-65 SEWING MACHINE AND TABLE VERY RARE!
I have had this item for 2 years.
It was made before 1928.
The item has slight blemishes on the woodwork and requires a new staple in the strap.
There are very few of these Jones CB machines around, especially the early ones with the red and gold decals.
Jones began making these in the mid-1920s and changed the decals to plain gold in the early 1930s. The 'CB' stands for 'Central Bobbin' and the machine has an oscillating shuttle mechanism.
Given the quite low serial number the machine was made around 1929.
I don't have the expertise to bring the woodwork back up to life, so instead of ruining a beautiful item I would rather sell it so someone who can do it well.
