 FOR SALE : SPIRAL STAIRCASE
Spiral Staircase.
Beautiful black metal and dark stained wood treads spiral staircase. Precise age not known, but it has a contemporary look. The staircase is in full working order and is in current use in my house. We are only selling because we are changing the house layout, and will be sad to see it go.
There are 12 treads, and it twists clockwise through 270 degrees. Each tread is 84cm wide and the centre pole is 7.5cm (3") diameter, making the total diameter (width) 175.5cm (69"). The rise between each step is 22cm (8.5"), making the total height 264cm (104"). The hand rail, which is also metal, is 96cm (38") at its highest. There is also a small landing rail - see picture.
It is complete with all parts and connectors, and is modular, the largest components being the handrail. It would fit into an estate car, or maybe a hatchback, or I could look into delivery possibilities. Payment by bank transfer or cleared cheque or cash on collection. We are near Lymington in Hampshire, closest city Southampton, c. 12 miles.
