 FOR SALE : 16 M2 BATCH OF 17/18TH CENTURY OAK FLOOR BOARDS UP TO 14" WIDE These were acquired from a conservation builder and are all numbered on the reverse. We understand these are from one room, but have made no attempt to check the completeness. Widths vary from 6 - 14", mostly around 12". Lengths from 80-240 cm most 1.3-2.4 m Thickness is around 2 cm. These are in sound condition with the usual end splits and worm. Very rare to find boards this wide. Most retain some original patination and just require waxing, as the sample board. Sold as one lot only.

 FOR SALE : RECLAIMED ELM FLOORING 13.6 sq yards random width elm floorboards reclaimed from herefordshire country house circa 1800.Up to 11 1/4" in width and mostly long lengths up to 12'4".As image 3 shows,the original surface is not very good due to woodworm (this has not been sufficient to weaken the boards) and a lack of care when lifting the boards,however,the underside was good and flat and so has been cleaned and lightly sanded to smooth out some of the pit-saw marks.These are now very good looking boards.Delivery can be arranged. FOR SALE : CARRARA MARBLE SLAB Carrara marble slab measuring 1600 x 600 mm by approx. 28 mm thick.
The top face has moderate signs of weathering and a few algal stains, but I have been advised that this is not major and that it could easily be re-polished. Or some people might use it as-is.
It was acquired from my neighbour who is now a chartered surveyor but was formerly a builder who worked mainly on historic buildings. It is larger than the piece which I now need (to make a bathroom worktop). Hence I am hoping to find a smaller piece and to dispose of this one at its existing size.
