Georgian Elm staircase circa 1800 reclaimed from Herefordshire flour mill.Straight run of 10 steps and enough spare treads/risers to replace missing first riser and produce 4 more steps.Treads approx. 28.5" wide x approx.9.5" deep;Steps rise approx. 8" giving total lift of approx. 112".Staircase has been hand stripped and rubbed down with wirewool.It is very sturdy with only a few woodworm holes in the whole thing;it is generally in great condition and once polished will make a stunning feature in a period building.Delivery can be arranged.
