Please could you give me the dimensions of this Rayburn, especially the dimension from the floor to the top of the top plate cover when open. Could you also give a dimension required each side of the Rayburn for installation pipes and the oil feed chamber. I also wondered how old the cooker is and the condition of the enamel.
