FOR SALE : GEORGIAN PADOUK CAMPAIGN BOOKCASE

A late 18th c Padouk & camphorwood bookcase. It was used in campaign by a british officer in the east. Associated with china trade ( signed at back of bookcase). Also makers' stamp under carrying handles. With very good colour & lined with camphorwood. Sizes chest 43.5'' x 43'' x 22.5'' 7 bookcase with brass grilles 42.5'' x 31'' x 22.5''. Gilt brass carrying handles original, the 2 top drawers with several compartments. Bought in Kent from a private address. More photos available, please email me.
