Reclaimed from the Smmithfield Meat Market known as 'Smooth Field', one of the oldest working markets in London, founded in 1123.
We believe the cast iron section to be circa 1860 when the city architect Sir Horace Jones completed additional construction in 1868.
In 1958 there was a great fire damaging the market which may be reason for this panel coming into the reclamation market.
Considering in WW2 cast iron was melted down to help the war effort, it shows the quality of this piece of English history as it survived.

 FOR SALE : RECLAIMED PINE FLOORBOARDS 8 1/4 INCH 10SQM
10sq metres of reclaimed, original pine floorboards 8 1/4 inches wide, 22 mm thick. These are original pine floorboards bought in December 2007 from Lassco Architectural Salvage in London (removed from a building in Nottinghill): they are not cut-down joists. They are extremely rare. We believe that the boards are Georgian as Victorian boards are normally closer to 6 inches wide. These boards normally retail at £65-68 / sq m plus VAT.
We used 20 sq metres to patch into and restore our floors upstairs: a perfect match on colour and width. We now have 10 sq metres spare which would be ideal for patching into an existing floor. The boards have no worm or rot. Most nails have been removed but the boards remain unsanded. Allow for waste in your calculations. Since buying them the boards have been stored in the roof-space of our house.
Buyer collects. Sold as seen. Located near Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Small samples are available to interested parties. Additional photos are available to show what the boards look like once they've been sanded and stained, in situ.

 FOR SALE : WOODEN PORCH / LICH-GATE FROM EXETER SCHOOL
This is the wooden frame for a porch. I imagine that it could either be fixed over a door to the front of a building (with two posts supporting the front). Or it could be a freestanding structure with a brick or stone base and four posts, one at each corner. Whatever suited you. And of course you would need to tile the roof. We live in an old church and were going to use it as a sort of lich-gate entrance. But we are now moving on so have to sell it.
When we bought the porch we were told that it had been salvaged from the entrance to Exeter School. We bought it in the West Country so that may be true - don't know.
We took apart the porch to transport it so it is a lot of pieces and would need to be rebuilt. However, I imagine that you would want to strip, refurbish and repaint it anyway.
I can't stress enough that the pieces are very large and heavy so you would need at least 2 people to lift it and a large van to transport it. We used a box Luton but it was a real squeeze to get it inside and nearly killed us in the process! Collection would be fron near Folkestone in Kent.
I don't have any accurate measurements of the assembled size because it is now in pieces. But the two front sections (at diagonals in the photo) are over 7 ft long each). And David (who you can see standing in the photo) is 6ft tall so you can see that it is a large piece).

The flooring is in excellent condition as it has been covered by carpet tiles for many years, the face has a thin layer of glue where the tiles were stuck on.
