 FOR SALE : FAT ANTIQUE CAST IRON RADIATORS I have a good stock of these fat hospital radiators.Two of the pictures show the early ones(from a miners convalescence home on Blackpool fron,a large building now converted into flats) - 1920's-which are clean lined and elegant and have decorative bushes and two show later ones -approx 1940's,50's-not quite as elegant but a good simple shape which fits well into most styles and periods.These are approx 7.5 inches deep which give out a lot of heat for their width.I have a good set at 24 inches and 30 inches high and some at 18 inches and a few taller ones.
I also have regular hospital ones at 6 inches deep in various sizes and some at 3 inches deep which are usefull for hallways etc.
I am able to restore and supply sets of radiators to customers requirements and arrange delivery.I am able to supply radiators with the correct bushes and wall fixings so no other parts (apart from valves) need to be sourced by the customer /plumber.

 FOR SALE : ANTIQUE 4 COLUMN CAST IRON RADIATORS. I have a large quantity of 4 column radiators in a wide range of sizes suitable for most projects.
The pictures show a 30 inch high 4 column radiator and a 24 inch high 4 column radiator.
These can be supplied pressure tested and refurbished to customers requirements.The reducing bushes can be fitted if wished to reduce plumbing costs and risk of breakage.Also fixing brackets and keeps can be supplied.
I also have 2 column radiators, some 6 column ones and have a range of heights and lengths.

 FOR SALE : SET OF 10 VICTORIAN CAST IRON COLUMNS A set of ten matching victorian cast iron columns from a Yorshire swimming pool.Moulded circular columns on the top two thirds and octagonal lower parts.Good flat plates top and bottom for fixing.These have been structural and held up the balcony above.Please note they have small vertical fins(for the changing cubicles behind them)-please see pictures.

rawtenstall bc arms
The squirrel, stags, and wolf are emblems of the Forest of Rossendale which once surrounded Rawtenstall. There is a tradition that before the deforestation, in the reign of Henry VII, the squirrel could leap from tree to tree. Wolves haunted the forest, and one part of the Borough formerly bore the name 'Wolfenden Booth'. The red hand, cut off at the wrist, recalls the penalty for killing the King's deer. The cows represent agriculture; the Borough includes a former hamlet called Cowpe, anciently Cowup, said to have been a place in the uplands where cows used to graze.  FOR SALE : SET OF VICTORIAN PINE CUPBOARD DOORS A good set of 11 pairs of unusual cupboard doors from a Lancashire mental hospital dormitory dated 1902.The doors were part of fitted cupboards beside every bed and wre slanted to fit the sloping roof.I reclaimed these some years ago.They are all solid pine and have original paint.
I have another 30 or so of these doors i haven't measured yet but they are similar.This set will fit together as pairs and would make lovely cupboards either stand alone or fitted.They would work well in a kitchen.
It would be a shame to cut them down but they could be cut down to a size approx 32" by 21.75".
Dimensions:they stand 56.5 to 56.75 high(shorter side below slant is 43.25 to 43.5 high) by 21.75 at base and 9.5 at top, they are 1.5 thick,the mid rail is 7.25 high (and fits to the sides with double mortice and tenons)
