 FOR SALE : ANTIQUE PINE PARQUET FLOORING A lovely set antique pine parquet flooring.Approx. 60 to 70 years old.Approx 100 to 120 square yards.The blocks are large-11.5" by just over 2 and 3/4" by approx. 1 and 1/4" thick.This will make a very "warm" floor full of character and soul and will last 100's of years with care.
The parquet is in good condition and was lifted very carefully by myself only.I was very strict in throwing out any blocks which had split on lifting and any areas with a lot of wear.Also i didn't include small cut pieces.
The edges aren't tongue and grooved (they have a groove near base to help bed in adhesive).This may make laying slightly easier. They will need the edges scraping before laying and the whole area sanded after laying.There is plenty of thickness in these so you have a choice of whether to sand out all signs of wear and use or just sand the minimum.
Please ask for further pictures.I only have pictures of it laid in situ at the moment although one or two give a good idea of how it will look when relaid. You are welcome to phone to discuss also (after emailing).

 FOR SALE : FOUR VICTORIAN FLUTED CAST IRON COLUMNS A set of four original victorian cast iron columns fluted along their whole lengths with round bases and moulded and square tops.Length is 9 foot 3 inches not including protrusions at top(8") and bottom(2") for anchoring.One column has these protrusions knocked off but no damage to the main column.
The columns are hollow and load bearing.Bottom round "plate" is 7.75" in diameter.Above this the columns taper from approx. 5" diameter to approx. 4" diameter below the top moulding and 9" square plate.

 FOR SALE : DALLES DE VERRE STAINED GLASS WINDOWS A large pair of "dalles de verre" stained glass windows.
Each window is built up with 11 frames of glass.Each frame is made up of a mosaic of inch thick pieces of stained glass set in epoxy resin.The glass pieces are chipped on one side around the edges - this makes the glass highly refractive and very bright.I also have the sub frames (glazed on one side)which are made up in sections from aluminium.There is space between the outer glazing and stained glass to mount some lights which may be usefull if the windows were going to be used soley fo decoration-ie.mounted on a wall.
Size is 129" max height by 63" wide.
There is no damage.
