 FOR SALE : STAINED GLASS FRENCH WINDOWS & DOORS ENTRANCE
This item is a one-off and never to be repeated. This was designed for the house i have recently purchased, which when built around 1908 and there are only 4 homes of the same charachter. The house was originally lavished with Stained glass windows throughout and designed for only this house. Sadly i have had to have these removed because of an extension to the existing property.
The Windows themselves i would say are generally in a good to excellent condition for its period, they are all encased in metal and not wood - therefore extremely heavy. There is some damage to the windows, but thankfully these are only to the plain clear glass which can easily be replaced. There is also one small piece of plain obsecure glass also cracked - but i have a similar matching piece that would complement this and go in its place.
The heavy metal french door, for some reason was welded together, however this can easily be sawn off or heated up to move the welding in a couple of places. I think this was done by the last owner because the lock is either broken or there is no key available because it was lost - however i believe a lock could easily be obtained and put in its place.
I have had this valued prior to it being remobved, and i was told that this would fetch in the region of between 7000 - 8500 if this was in perfect condition.
I am therefore aware of the work that needs to be done to bring this back to scratch, mainly confined to replaceing 11 pieces of oblong clear glass and unwelding the door and putting a new lock on. Otherwise this is a huge heavy ornate piece with beautiful iris flowers. I have never seen any item remotely as big or similar to this at all.
I had originally wanted the stained glass to be encapsulated, however this could not be done withou having to lose some of the design and pattern. I therefore had this copied and as you can see form the pictures, this is not remotely similar or as beautiful. Also considerable peices of the original stained glass had to be omitted from the design as this could not be fitted into the extension place.
Thr price i am looking for this is a reasonable price, it is afterall a unique and huge item that will never be repeated again as this is a one-off design only to this home. At a baragin price of 1500.00 this is a steal for someone. I have also got this item on a couple of other websites, so hopefully will be able to generate a lot of interest and ideally sell quickly.

We have various types of reclaimed parquet flooring for sale.
Pitch Pine T&G 9 inches long x 2& 3/4 inches wide x 5/8 thick.
The most eye catching stunning flooring once laid and finished. we have scraped of any excess tar from the rear of the blocks leaving only a very thin even layer and cleaned out the T&G then we have lightly sanded the face of the block to remove any traces of previous varnish etc... The blocks are now ready to re lay and then they require a light sanding and then varnish, wax etc... see picture of finished flooring. 16.99 per square yard. We have in excess of 1000 sq yards of this block.
Mahogany straight edged, 9 inches long x 2& 7/8 wide x 7/8 thick.
Again the most stunning flooring once fitted and can be stained to almost any darker finish to create either a mahogany or oak colour. We have cut of the T&G making these blocks Straight Edged, we have sanded the face of these taking them back to the bare wood removing all traces of previous finish and then we have scraped off nearly all the tar from the backs leaving an even thick layer.
The blocks are now ready to re lay and then they require a light sanding and then varnish, wax etc... see picture of flooring how it will be received. 15.99 per square yard. We only have 100 sq yards of this block left.
Beech T&G 9 inches long x 2& 7/8 inches wide x 3/4 thick.
A lovely light fresh looking modern floor once fitted and finished.
We have scraped of any excess tar from the backs of the blocks leaving only a small trace, then we have lightly sanded the faces of the blocks to remove any dirt and grime that was on them and also the sanding has removed most of the previous varnish finish.
These blocks are ready to re lay and will require a sanding and finish on them. 12.50 per square yard we have in excess of 1000 square yards of this block.

We have in the region of 200 sq yards left of beautiful quality reclaimed canadian maple strip flooring recently reclaimed from a sports hall.
This flooring was only fitted in the sports hall last year due to unexpected demolition we have reclaimed it. This flooring has cost in excess of 70.00 per square metre when first fitted.
All the t&g's are excellent and like new with no dirt in them and they fit together with no troubles.
The underside of the flooring is again like new with no dirt on them.
The face side of the flooring again like new, it has a satin finish on it which easily sands of. There are some pieces with the gym marks on them which again sand off easily.
There are no nail holes on the face as they were originally nailed in the t&g. All nails have been removed.
This flooring is banded up in 2 - 6 sq yard packs for easy transportation and storage.
Sizes 3 & 1/4 wide by 3/4 thick and lengths from 1 foot to 6 foot.

 FOR SALE : TWO LARGE PITCH PINE CUPBOARDS Recently SOLD
A matching pair of large pitch pine cupboards.Originally these were linen/airing cupboards ( approx. 1925) but would now make make a superb kitchen cupboard with acres of storage space and a unique kitchen. They could be used as two separate cupboards ( as they were originally ) with the longer one going against a left hand wall and open on the right hand side and the shorter one going against a right hand wall and the left hand side open.Or they could be joined together creating an approx. 12 foot long cupboard with open ends.They are in excellent condition overall and are unpainted.Although large they split up into several pieces and so can be transported.I have dismantled these personally and can confirm that they are complete.All parts and mouldings have been marked and i can provide detailed diagrams.They will fit in a room with ceilings 9 feet or higher.The large unit is 93" wide by 27" deep by 108" tall(including cornice).The smaller unit is 48" wide by 27" deep by 108" tall.They both have back boards.
