FOR SALE : WOODBLOCK/PARQUET FLOORING- RECLAIMED
I am selling just over 28sq m of woodblock flooring reclaimed form an old building in the north of England. Originally got it for my house, but my plans have changed and I now want to sell it. I think the wood is mahogany (I'm no wood expert), and it is in very good condition.
It has been stored outside under tarpaulin in crates and boxes, so it will need acclimatising to the indoor environment before laying.
I am asking only £300 for a quick sale, that's a solid wood floor for less than £12sqm - not bad!
Pictures show a few blocks I roughly sanded, and also the side an base of a couple.
Price : £300.00

Could you please confirm whereabouts in Lancashire you are located. Could you please confirm whether the remaining wood block is similar in size, shape and condition to the block shown in the photo. You say that the floor has been stored outside and will need to be acclimatised - do I assume by that that it is a little damp? Also, is the block tongue and groove - it is not completely clear from the photos. Finally would you accept £275 cash on pick-up this weekend? Thanks.
