A superb quality set of surface mounted door furniture comprising of two hinges (10.5" wide by 5.5" high with a projection of 2"), a spring loaded handle and latch (12" wide by 3.5" high with a projection of 2.25)and a keep (3" wide by 3.5" high with projection of 3")
Chromed and in perfect condition.
Fantastic for a fridge or larder door but certainly not limited to these .
The latch can be fitted to a regular door(ie if you want to open the door from both sides) if the push bar (see photographs) is fitted.

 FOR SALE : CAST IRON FIRE SURROUND WITH INSERT - COMPLETE A fireplace comprising of a cast iron surround with original faux walnut painted decoration, a grate and tiled panels.
The surround is in good condition with a minor scratch to the frieze.The grate is in good useable condition and is complete with adjustable chromed brass hood,ash pan and front, removeable baffle plate and an adjustable front grille that can be adjusted to a vertical or horizontal position.
I will split the surround and grate if necessary.
Dimensions in inches: The shelf is 58.5(body 55 wide) by 9 deep,the height is 50 and the opening is 37 wide by 38 high.The grate is 37 high by 18 wide by 22 deep with front grille flat.Inner useable area of grate is 12 wide by 10.5 deep.

 FOR SALE : PAIR OF DECORATIVE CAST IRON CHURCH RADIATORS A pair of decorative church cast iron radiators.Horizontal cast iron tubes ending in decorative columns with repeating circular floral motif to the three sides.Run on water not steam.
Have come from a working system in a church at Southport.
Dimensions in inches: 33.25 high by 4.5 depth by 58.75 and 82.5 lengths.Pipes are approx 2.25 in diameter and the columns are 4.5 square.
Each has a bleeder valve and threaded inlet and outlet which will take a modern bush fitting.I will sell pressure tested, and with appropriate bushes if required.I will also sell reprimed and coated if required.
