Fitted in the 1920's we have a bespoke oak & leather fixture of 32 seated spaces on 2 levels with leather topped desks. The fixture is currently fitted in a horseshoe layout (see images) designed to address a Mayoral dais (not included in the sale). The fixture currently sits in the Council Chamber of the Town Hall in Lytham St Annes and is constructed in a number of sections of 2 or 3 seats & desks and can be separated. Removal and transportation not included in price.
