 FOR SALE : RECLAIMED OAK FLOORING 3 TO 10" WIDE X 4-10FT LONG
Here we have some wonderful reclaimed oak flooring. It is 3-10" wide (most is about 6") and has been recently T&G'd. It is between 50-100 years old and originally was Paddock horse fencing in the area around Churchill Downs where they hold the Kentucky Derby. All rot has been removed and it has been denailed. Has a wonderful weathered patina and original saw marks are visible. Does NOT contain any worm hole.

 FOR SALE : OAK PLANK FLOORING RECLAIMED LONG STUFF
We bought up this lot of approx 450m2 to start of american oak that was salvaged from an underground bunker in the usa. It is all 10 to 20ft long and averages a very long 16ft+ widths are 7 to 12inches wide, there are an occasional board to 15 inches (3-6M long x 180-300mm wide). The material was an inconsistant thickness so we planed one face to make it all as close to 20mm as we can, and ripped the sides straight. One face therefore has the original patina and saw marks, the other is reclaimed new finish. Price is just 49 per m2, minimum order is 100m2 due to the handling problems with this timber. Buy all 350m2 after it is made usable for 44 per m2 (cheap cheap).

FOR SALE : 2000 M2 MUHUHU PARQUET FLOORING 1950'S
Due to closure of a biscuit factory, a large area of this rare East African hardwood parquet flooring is available for reclamation. Laid in the 1950's in factory corridors, canteen and biscuit packing areas. Needs to be removed from the site by the end of December, work can begin at end of November.
Wood properties:
The basic tone is a deep brown. The structure of this kind of timber looks fine with very close grains. Muhuhu is considered to be one the hardest timbers. It is about 80% harder than Oak.
-High resistance to wear
-Very heavy with high density
Pieces are 9" x 2.75" and 3/4" thick. Samples have been raised and come up easily with small amount of bitumen on the back
Takes brilliant polish. Exceptionally resistant to decay. High resistance to abrasion and indentation.
