FOR SALE : WEATHERED OAK FLOORING GRAY PATINA

Solid Oak salvaged from a Tobacco Barn in the USA. 5-8" wide x 4-12ft long (most are about 8ft) x 1" thick (some are 3/4" to 7/8" but most are full inch). Denailed. Some white wash paint on the edges (the rest has come off due to age) which adds to the character of it. 5000 sq feet available. Minimum order is 1000 sq ft. Gray is the "in" colour right now. We can T&G for you for 75P a linear foot OR you can just use them as plank flooring.

Taken from an 1850's barn where they were used as siding. Have been stored inside for a year. Dry. A few chestnut boards are mixed in with the material. Sold FOB our UK warehouse but allow 6 weeks for delivery.

Is it possible to approximate how much it would cost to tongue & groove 1000 square metres of these oak boards (I am trying to work out the total cost for buying 100 square metres if tonge and grooved)?



Also, in your opinion would these be suitable for overlaying on underfloor heating?



Finally, do they require any sanding?
