WANTED : GENTS OF LEICESTER 2 FACES STATION CLOCK
I am setting up a delicatessen/wine shop in Leicester and would like to purchase an old two faces station clock manufactured by Gents of Leicester. They supplied them to most of the railway companies in Britain and the Colonies. Approximate diameter would be 30 inches. I believe they had a steel or cast iron casing, were black and had large hooks to attach to a bracket.

I have exactly what you want, unrestored usual black finish in reasonable condition, mounting lugs at 9 and 3 o'clock, but no chain with which to
mount it.
It has it's original, non-functioning mechanisms which must be replaced.
V unlikely that the original hands can be used, so I usually fit
straight black baton hands.
