FOR SALE : RAILWAY STATION DRAWERS, CUPBOARDS, DESKS. IDEAL FOR KITCHEN
Just removed these from our local railway station goods office. Built in 1858 and closed in 1965. There are two complete drawer units, a corner cupboard with door and drawers plus a couple more drawer units without the drawers and a unit with 3 open shelves plus loads of spare timber from the ones that were too far gone. Believed to be pine (solid) superbly made would cost a fortune for something of this standard now, painted in British railways brown but could be stripped. Ideal for kitchen units in the right building with a bit (lot!)of work.
