FOR SALE : VINTAGE ARTS & CRAFTS COPPER FIREPLACE FENDER
Vintage Arts & Crafts Mission style beaten copper fireplace fender with nice corner strap detail. Measures 45.25" x 12.75" externally and 37.75" x 9" internally and is approximately 3.5" high. The handworked copper is formed over a wooden inner and it has an attractive warm russet colour. The sides are sloped and the strapwork corners have a great deep bronze brown patination which makes for a very nice contrast. The original domed rivets are present throughout and there are no splits, dents or other problems with this fender. This item can be collected from us in Boston or brought to a forthcoming antiques fair at Swinderby or Newark. It can also be shipped worldwide by FedEx (or international shippers of your choice), or carriers/hauliers within the UK.
