31 May 2006 10:42:48 : windowsHi, we are taking out two fully glazed country sash windows, both rectangular, estimated age late Georgian/early Victorian:-
1 x 12 wood-barred panes, (four panes upper sash, eight lower)approx 112cm x 107cm. 1 x 9 wood-barred panes, (three panes upper sash, six lower)approx 103cm x 98cm, both with original bolts, complete with wooden casing and outside sills. Sills are pretty rotten, bars of smaller window need attention, and tops and bottoms are sealed with paint. Also, full set of renovated windows from 1930s lean-to style conservatory, currently in use but to be replaced.
