This charming Edwardian Fireplace Insert with brown tiles ((probably c.1910) is in relatively good condition but could do with a little love and attention. The tiles on the insert are nearly intact with just one tile missing and a few tiles cracked. There are several places online that will make tiles to match the colour for refurbishment.
It is very heavy and the buyer would need to be able to collect it from North London.
We have removed the insert from our house and the reason for sale is it is not original to the age of the house.
