Hi Miles,

I have several old stripped-pine doors in my garage, that I removed from a cottage owned by my daughter, which I believe might match your requirements. I will measure them if you wish and also take photographs. They were removed 5 years ago, stripped and dried horizontally. All are in excellent condition with the original steel butt hinges attached.
