WANTED : PATTERN GLASS

Hello,
I'm hoping you might be able to help me.
I have recently bought a 1950's Span house. It's front porch needs restoring, and the original porch window glass (see attached picture - there is a penny in the centre for scale) is mostly missing.
Do you have any idea what this glass is called / where I might be able to get it?
Any help would be tremendous, as we are stumped.

WANTED : 15 CAST IRON LATTICE/ DIAMOND WINDOWS REQUIRED
I am looking for 15 cast iron latticed/ diamond windows. They must be rectangular and measure very near to 445mm x 1016mm. They must have four diamonds across the width. It does not matter if they are in a poor condition as they will be restored. The lattice/ diamond pattern must not be leaded (cast iron only).
