FOR SALE : SLATES (APPROX. 850)
Slates removed from roof to make way for loft extension.
Dimensions approx. 12 inches by 18 inches (covering about 64 square metres of roof surface)
The slates have a slight purplish colour, and I've been told that they are probably Penrhyn Reds. They are original dating from the time when the house was constructed (late Victorian).

FOR SALE : ORIGINAL ROOFING SLATES ON 1870 HOUSE
On offer is the complete slate roof from 'The Coach House',built around 1870.
The roof will be coming off in the middle of May.
On the back of the house the slates measure 22"x12"and im guessing there are about 700-900?
On the front they measure 20"x12"and are shaped at one end to an arrow point,about 500-700??
There are also 47 rust coloured pointed caps.
Would prefer to sell as one lot.
