Might have something of interest but slightly wider than 5 1/4 ins.
Taking out our existing pine floor in the next week.
Width of just over half is 145mm, balance 142mm, depth 18mm. Mostly long lengths (2m+).
C54 sq metres coming out. Estimate that 90% of it is currently in good condition, and assuming we lose about 10% in taking it out, so we should be easily in range of your needed area. Currently has reddish varnish, but sands down nicely.
Building is 1895: not sure if it is original, but could be.
We are based in NW London.
