FOR SALE : NEW SOLID OAK LACQUERED FLOORING 3.5 SQ METRES

After completing a recent development I have just over 3.5 square metres of Easy Step solid oak flooring left spare.

It's in good condition, having just been sitting around for a couple of months gathering dust. Note that these are loose and not in original packaging



Sizes - Width: 120 mm ( 4 1/2 inches). Thickness: 19 mm ( 3/4 inch). Length: Pieces vary from 550 mm - 1500 mm (mainly 550/950/1000mm).

A variety of lengths is usual for wooden flooring as it gives you the chance to break up the pattern caused by too many similar lengths. See picture (loosely laid together not fitted for photo)



All surfaces are lacquered so no need for sanding or varnishing, tongue and grooves slot together with flat grooves on base for fitting.



This is Easy Step flooring and usually retails around £22-25 per square metre.



Obviously this lot weighs a bit so delivery will have to be paid for. Inside London I can deliver it for a £10 fee, or you can can pick it up for no charge.
