Lead birdbath
STOLEN : CLASSIC LEAD ORNAMENTAL BIRD-BATH
Stolen from Gerrards Cross, Bucks on 28 Nov 2010
Item : Ornamental lead bird-bath appox. 15"(38cm) high x 15"(38cm) wide. Small cherub figure with crossed legs sits above shell shaped bowl and small bird is perched alongside edge of bowl. Item purchased second-hand in the 1970's possibly based on Crowthers design taken from a mid-19th century cast from the Val d'Osne foundry, Paris.
