We have about 1200m2 of beech parquet flooring in good condition out of a total floor area of 2500m2. My client is converting a former shoe factory into resiential and wishes to see as much as possible reclaimed prior to conversion.
We appreciate that beech is not as desirable as oak, but still feel it a shame to rip it up and dump it.

We would be interested in about 80 sq m, please can you give me an idea of price for this? Also, are you able to deliver? Would it be possible to get a sample, and also a close up pic to show any surface wear. What condition is the floor, and how is it fixed currently? What are the dimensions of the pieces?
