 FOR SALE : AN ICONIC BAIRD VANNER & PREST'S WALL CLOCK A Rare and Iconic Baird Advertising Clock circa 1880
This is a beautiful example of the iconic advertising clock produced by the Baird Clock Co. It displays an advertisement for "Vanner & Prest's Molliscorium" , a compound used to soften leather.This clock dates at around 1870-80 and the Baird Clock Co. were the first company to use clocks as an advertising media. They used, in this clock, a Seth Thomas 8 day timepiece movement.
This clock is in absolutely clean original condition. The clock runs very well and keeps reasonable time.The clock is 31" high and the width is 18"

 FOR SALE : SHOP FITTING Early 20th Century Oak bookcase 12 ft 6 inches long and just over 9ft high.
This was constructed in 1905 as a double sided bookcase and used in a reference library until quite recently.We rescued several bookcases some of which are longer. We used the resurrection men to dismantle and remove them and they left the building via a 2ft wide window,so even though they are large pieces they are versatile enough to be reused and assembled through seemimgly impossible door openings. As you can see in the image we have reassembled one in the upstairs of my shop.They now have a variety of uses we are using ours to house vintage fabric.  FOR SALE : PUB FURNITURE/SEAT ENDS large Late 19th Century Circa 1899.Carved wooden seat ends. These were taken from an old pub in Birmingham which I am told was demolished approx 10 to 15 years whihc is when I bought them. They have been stored in an old barn along with reclaimed architraving, shutters, carved door surrounds etc.

 FOR SALE : CLERKS DESK Victorian pine glazed clerks desk. It still is in its original finish and has most of the original glass however as you can see some panes are missing inside the desk is a writing slope with a drawer with its original lock and key and two compartments underneath it,. there is also a shelf. I have used it as a computer desk but the mouse kept falling off it, however it is okay with a laptop. It would make a great receptionists counter.
I am relocating and selling off an electic mix of collected items.
