 FOR SALE : ALICO COMBINATION GRATE
Alico Combination Grate. Early 1900's enameled cast iron range manufactured by 'R W Crosthwaite LTD [propriators; Allied Ironfounders Ltd] Thornaby-on-Tees, Yorks.
I will be removing this range from our own property. We believe the range was installed as an original fixture of the house which was built circa 1910.
It comprises of; coal grate, oven and smaller top oven, and back boiler.
Despite age it looks to be in excellent condition and also has the original operating instructions [an A4 size double sided card] and what looks to be the original tools i.e. cleaning brush, pokers and grate/damper handles .
I'm happy to remove but if you would prefer to have this done yourself thats ok also, provided it is soon.
Due to the size & weight the item needs to be collection only, unless within 15 mile radius of our home address.

Let me know if you still have the grate - do you have any idea of the price you'd accept? I've got the means to collect, but would probably need to get someone to remove it.
