Conservatories are primarily glass sides and roof. Outbuilding is primarily 1890s brick. Conservatories includes glass, doors, supporting RSJs and brickwork. It excludes internal wrought iron operating mechanisms and acessories.

Outbuilding excludes roof tiles.
